That's beautiful!! I... dunno what you were refering to when you said it wasn't supposed to be like the movie, but this is absolutely amazing composition! *_* Just... WOW... *envy envy* I really love the colors. ;;__;;
I love it as much as everybody else, but I have to ask: if we're looking at the sunset out the door, why is there light streaming in from the unseen window in the right wall? I also think I'd like to see more variation in the texture of the walls. they look a bit smooth and lifeless for my tastes.
But those are really minor complaints. I love the composition of the sunset through the door, the symmetry of it, and the smoky brown tones carried throughout.
I think it's because when I edited the deviantion it comes up on your devWatch again. I get that from people all the time from other people.
If youre wondering what I edited, I had to re-submit the file.....I think for some reason, all my deviations...or most of them after a certain date have had something go wrong with them and you can't full view them....so I'm gradually re-submitting the files.
So, don't be surprised if you see some other pics come up on your devwatch that were submitted months ago
This is Beautiful!
The highlighting and shading on the wood beams and the smooth lighting from outside on the floor as well as the shadows cast from the furniture really make the piece special.
After the eyes have accomodated themselves to the interior of the picture, there is a stunning outdoor scene that melts into that wonderful sunny haze.
This is a masterful piece of work that deserves a !
Really nice work here. I'm reading LotR presently, so this is cool. By the way, posting original work based on movies/comics/etc. is perfectly fine as long as no copyrighted images were used. You've done this from scratch so there's no problem at all.
A very warm and peaceful feeling that this deviation carries with it. The landscape in the background seems calm and soothing, the atmosphere is superb. One can almost smell the scent of wood and burning candles. The outdoors seems inviting, but the indoor scene is amazing aswell, and calls you to come and explore. Wow
Was looking through my favourites adiitions, spotted one piece that from you from quite some time ago, decided to check back, and am certainly glad that I did so.
I love this composition, this scene INVITES to write, to dream, to imagine... the colours and the ellemetns makes an excellent composition between the soft illumination and the perspective.. that door is calling.. yeap.. I like so much this one, maybe emmotive, maybe expressive.. that' why I adore mi amor.. (my GabyGab) oops!
This EXCELLENT and pacefull scene invites me to write, to dream, to rest... the magnifiscent ellegance between the colour, the ellements and the perspective, and the illumination for sure makes an EXCELLENT portrait, maybe expressive, maybe emotive. That's WHY I adore mi amor .. (don't be afraid, evokes to my Gaby)
NO Reference. - amazing attention to details here, I love it - the lighting effects you managed to create are top class, the softness of this is what I admire the most - doing that without any loss of detail is amazing.
